1. All pet snacks will be sent out in a frozen state to ensure freshness.
2. Self pick-up is available at The Spoiled Pet @ IOI Mall Damansara from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Delivery is available with a service charge (limited to Klang Valley area only). Please contact us at WhatsApp 011 1688 0184 for details. We're here to help make sure your furry friend gets their treats safely!
3. Customers must assume 100% responsibility for any risks associated with delivery. Contact us during business hours for any issues with the cake during delivery. We will strive to provide the best solution.
4. Refunds are not provided once the order is confirmed.
