1. Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
2. Self pick-up is available at The Spoiled Pet @ IOI Mall Damansara from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Delivery is available with a service charge (limited to Klang Valley area only). Please contact us for details.
3. Customers must assume 100% responsibility for any risks associated with delivery. Contact us during business hours for any issues with the cake during delivery. We will strive to provide the best solution.
4. Refunds are not provided once the order is confirmed.
